RETURN POLICY
1. Return Window
All customers are eligible for a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery for their orders.
2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Return Process

- Approved returns will be picked up within 48–72 working hours

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it at our warehouse to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon meeting the return requirements, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method
- Returns failing the quality check will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Adaayein is committed to processing exchanges in a timely and transparent manner.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are applicable for eligible returned products after passing the necessary quality checks.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange Process
- The difference in value for the exchange will be given as a credit note and can be used in the next purchase.
3. Timelines
- Exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 business days after quality check conditions are met.
4. Important Conditions
- If the product fails the quality check, no exchange will be processed.
- Promotional vouchers, gift vouchers, or discounts used in the original purchase are non-adjustable.
Special Notes
- Free gifts, if applicable, must also be returned along with the main product.
- In case of exchange, if the customer doesn’t buy anything, a credit note of the same amount will be issued. The credit note will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
